Established in 2017, DSPC Engineering Private Limited (DEPL) is a New Delhi, India based Engineering, Procurement and Construction company specializing in Laying of Pipelines by Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), Micro Tunneling and Open-Cut method for the Oil, Gas and Water Sector.

We have recently completed India’s Longest HDD Crossing in Rock Strata for 3.1kms x 16” + 3.5” at Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh for M/s Indian Oil Corporation Limited under their Paradip-Hyderabad Pipeline Project and have also completed India’s First HDD Project using Intersect Method in Pebbles/Boulders Strata for M/s Indian Oil Corporation Limited’s PAJPL-Una Pipeline Project at Una, Himachal Pradesh.
